What should I bring with me?

 

To ensure a smooth consultation, please bring the following:

 

• Medicare card

• DVA card (if applicable)

• Pension card (if applicable)

• Referral letter from your GP or specialist

• A list of your medications (prescribed or over the counter) or bring them with you in a bag

• Names of all specialists involved in your care

 

How do I get there, and where can I park?

 

You can find Dr Vidu Wijeratne at:

 

37 William Street, Gosford NSW 2250. His clinic is located on the Ground Floor, next to Douglas Hanly Moir pathology.

Parking is available onsite, and there is ample on-street parking along William Street. Disability parking with lift access is available inside the garage. Please ring the doorbell next to the garage door for entry.
